I like the fact that this is "tax exempt" ..
Hmm, let's see... *even* if you can claim that the chassis is "original" (even though it claims to be a cut down rangie, so it's either a shortened cut down rangie, rare and according to the DVLA not *entirely* within the spirit of original) it still gets points for axles, suspension, drive train and engine.
If you crashed that, the DVLA would jump on you like a tonne of bricks, it should *so* be on a Q plate...

I do of course tell a lie...
strictly speaking it could be on range rover axles, range rover engine, four speed gearbox and so on... and therefore be 100% original rangie, with the exception of the bodywork (which I've been told doesn't count for chassis'd vehicles)
Although .. somehow I'd doubt it.....
