Title: clutch probs

went to take landie out for a run this morn only to find the clutch no longer works no pressure on clutch pedal just my luck any one know if mm landrover have a recovery truck to pick motors up for repair as im no mechanic and a bit of a prob doing it at side of road anyway

does the pedal go straight to the floor ?
i take it you have checked to see if there is fluid in the res ?

yes it goes straight to the floor was fine yesterday went to use it this morning and nothing not been able to check res yet but was no sign of any leaks that i could see was thinking that maybe clutch fork or something on that line may have given up the ghost not good with this side of things really

nope, if the clutch fork goes it generally locks the pedal solid
check the res, id say theres no fluid in there
if youve got a wading plug fitted to your bellhousing, then you wont get any fluid dripping out if the slave is weeping
check in the pedal box aswel in the cab for any signs of the master cyl leaking
sounds to me like she just needs some fluid glugging in, bleeding up adn your mobile again  8)

thanks for advice have checked and as u said there is no fluid in res its gone off now to be checked so hopefully not too much out o the wallet :(  thanks for the help
