Title: Split Charging
Post by: TechnoTurkey on January 08, 2005, 22:05:22
Thinking of running a split charging system on my Landy as I have a spare serviceable battery, already have second fuse box with its own feed from the battery - this runs all my aux electrics.

What do I need to do in order to install my second battery to use it to power my aux electrics?

Thanks

Have a look on Ebay...search worked for me on "Land Rover" and a bit of time...may work if you search Land Rover and Split Charge...

Complete split charge system (apart from the battery) with all bits and instructions for about £16.00 I think it was......

Cheers

Martin

Thanks all, think this should do the trick:

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=15329&item=7946104463&rd=1

Will have a look for other options over the next few days and if nothing else stands out I will buy this when I get paid.
