mates jeep seems to be loosing oil pressure. one miniute its fine then for no reason startes tapping at top end and looses oil pressure. have changed oil and filter . thought it was cured was ok for 2 days. now hes on hols essex way and its started playing up again. do they suffer from oil strainers in the sump blocking or pressure release valves on the oil pump playing up. weather he gets home under his own steam or wether on a truck but dare say itt'll be me that has to sort it, cheers alan......
