i have put 300 axle on my 200 disco came of a mredg 200 tdi thing is is there any diffrence between the 200 and 300 brake discs as in the width because have on wheel stick out half inch more than the other everything is levell a all measure the same between the to sides all new bushes and the middle ball joint all been done cant work it out
-
im sure there all the same, but im sure you will get the right answer here :D ;)

Nominally they are the same, it's more likey you are a victim of LR tolerance. Measure from a point on the axle, say the spring seat or trailing link bracket out to the disk on each side.

thanks will do just done it and there from tyre to inner wheel arch and there is a half diffrence could o get a spacer made up tp make them the same

Hang on....
You've put a complete axle under the vehicle, yes?
The casings are the same, The brake disk & pads are the same, The CV joints & half-shafts are different (24 v's 12 spline)
...... but you said one side is off-set more than the other?
Borked radius arms are unlikely to make half-an-inch of difference.
If you are proud on the drivers site, I would look to the pan-hard rod: it holds the axle to the drivers side of the chassis, and new springs could be making the car stand taller than before.
The only other thought I have is wheels/tyres: what happens if you swap the wheels over [left to right] ?
-
already swapped the wheels round just in case one had a diffrent ofset so going to take all hubs of inspect and replace bearings and re poly bush the whole truck again as its been two years since i last bushes it if thw fails il have to think again

The front axle on my LSE is lopsided, I've never bothered about it.
