-
My 90 has been thorugh before with no issue, but not now I have the snorkle fitted, lost one top not willing to loose another
-
Lets face its more likley a defender will break a car wash not the other way round 8)
-
DIY everytime! no missed bits of scratches either
-
well the car washes were shut so i give it a miss i see my snorkel top is pretty tight on there, i reckon it has to be worth a laugh,
it looks really cool sat next to the bmws in my work carpark covered in mud and it has two free bays next to it as i dont think anyone wants to park near it lol
-
hehe mines all shiney now
its white as opposed to cream,
note to self: there are to many panels on a 110 to t-cut and polish in one go :x
-
what you need is a hardcore welded on snorkel top like ours ;) you're all mad anyway taking a land rover through a carwash.... you'll come out as wet as the landy

Get your local east European lot to do it. They seem to be springing up everywhere. My local one is £8 for Jetting down, hand wash, wheels cleaned, fully dried, wheels and tyres dressed, windows cleaned inside and out.
Even after a days laning and it's filthy they don't complain.
Now that aint bad i don't think.
-
so far my snorkel top been nocked off 2 times and ive lost 4 ariels, then the 5th i lost offroading then i give up and aint bothered again
is funny watching peoples faces as you drive in

watch the tyres though some tyre safety group reckons aiming a pressure washer straight at the tyres can severely damage the sidewalls. It;s in the news article on LRUKForums.
