Title: 110 steering damper

Time to change the steering damper on the 110 and was wondering if i should replace it with a LR steering damper or buy a after maket one ,what do you think.

Hmmmm.  Take it of and see if you notice anything.

If it's scary then fit an uprated one, if you hardly notcie fit a standard one.  If you fit bigger than you need you'll make the steering very dead and risk increased steering kickback.  Looseing the dampers bushes can sure this though.

I fitted a De Carbon gas steering damper for no other reason than it was the same brand as my new shocks and I have to say it has made no difference to the steering at all.
Ok, my steering is spot on so I can see that it wouldn't have improved it but likewise, it hasn't made any worse either.
If you are happy with your steering then just use an OE one
