Gret minds think alike dude (or fools never differ lol) how bigger job was it?
-
What's involved? I fancy some better lights on mine...

300tdi light are well easy, will take around 2hrs for a real nice job,
or find a broke 300,cut the light box out, then put it in yours, then it would take 1hr at the very most,
td5 lights are a real pain, took 8hrs with 2 of us doing it,alot of cutting and even more re wireing to do
-
A summer job maybe... or maybe not!!!
-
it can be done in a day,its just the wing cutting that takes time, get that wrong and 1 looks crap,2 its good by wing, you have to cut most of the light box out, thats quick, but then make brackets to hold the light, just fingers and thumps the whole time

would the job be easier to do on a 300 disco

you are right jay,its makes no difference cos you have to cut the light box out on what ever you do,only difference is how big the hole is that the light sits in differs on 200,300
