Had a 2 hour job interview this afternoon that was more of a friendly chat until...
"At this precise time, how many tennis balls are in the air in New Zealand?"
I kid you not.
So, apart from the obvious "42" - which of course is the answer to the ultimate question of life, the universe and everything, what do you lot think?
Bear in mind it was 17.30hrs UK summertime when I was asked this... :?:
-
Did'nt think tennis was big in New Zealand, sheep and Rugby maybe.
Very strange question to be asked
-
apparently it's a "west coast" question, as in USA and the kind of thing IT companies like to throw in.
Bit like grenades.
Supposed to show thought processes.
BTW - the answer is probably zero as it was 05.30hrs in the morning in NZ when he asked.
-
As it would have been 05:30 and winter in New Zealand I would think the answer is 0 or pretty close to, it might even have been 42 :D

Should of asked to fly over and find out, 6 month project , fully paid up on expences. :D
