anyone else had this problem or know any fixes for it....
its a steady drip drip drip while ever the engine is running.
cant be good for fuel economy!!
its my mates truck so any advice is welcomed and appreciated!! ta.

I would start by looking at pipes for leaks then unions for tightness. After that get the pump looked at by a Bosch service shop.

all the pipes etc are sound... you can actually see the dripping from the wiring loom... everywhere else is dry!!

Err dunno. Bosch service next

sounds like it, lambert!! lol cheers!

Check the flexible pipes for the fuel return that connect between the injectors. These can perish over time and leak, they are also on the unpressurised side of the system so will drip instead of spray.
It could be that the fuel is finding it's way into the loom but it has to be coming from somewhere on the unpressurised side, so follow the loom up from the drop and see where it goes.

i replaced all the return pipes as soon as he got it budgie, they were already perished. cheers tho.
