Either a 90, RR single rear or similar, cut and shut like this:

with the original single rear in place but turned to come out the side:

And it sounds nice too. There is an audio clip in the q's and comment section and here's a quick vid.

And the bang is a bird scarer not the motor! :D

Sorry only just passing by again!

IIRC the front one is a 90 rear (doesn't matter which fuel as they are the same). The rear is the original item but for a single system. I don't see the point in paying so much more for a twin pipe system when a single system with straight through boxes works at least as well.
The rear only needs a slight kink to point it out the side.
I had a single rear exit pipe on my pick-up and it was a bit noisy, but the missus would opt to take that to work rather than the posh Vogue SE every time!

IIRC the twin pipe system was designed to allow better gas flow and release a few extra horses, but the best sytem is the 3.9 EFi, biggest of the lot, with good gas flow if pre-cat and not much between that and my Double S sports pipe.

For a cheapy system ours had a TDI centre box (straight through unlike the EFi one) and no back boc, just the pipe, sounded great when the engine was on-song but terrible when it started to do valves.

I think a combination of too high a compression ratio and lack of lubrication when on LPG, that said they always seemd to burn out after a hard drive on petrol.

Doesn't do it any more since I rebuilt the heads.

P.S. one thing you might find if using a 3.9 system without modifying is that the gearbox crossmemeber is different.
