Title: Bowler WildCats
Post by: Bush Tucker Man on August 03, 2003, 00:02:45
For anyone interested I see that the BBC's 'Top-Gear' high-lights are listed in the paper as featuring the Bowler Wildcat tonight (Sunday)

I didn't see the original broadcast, but it apparantly got punted around the test-track by 'The Stig'.
Don't know what he had to listen to as I don't suppose it had a CD player installed

Even Clarkson loved it.

Sorry Dyf. It was late & had been a hell of a shift in the good old A&E.

Mistake corrected.

Managed to watch a bit of 'Top Gear' at work during a lull in the proceedings.
One of our Consultants (who's got a Disco)and myself were quite amused by Hammond being thrown around in the Wildcat.
The Stig seemed to be able to give it some stick.

Loved seeing TV cook Jamie Oliver getting chucked around in the back of his VW camper.
That made it worth watching alone.

I want one (especially since its been tested to destruction but it didn't break, 10tonnes on the roof and 10m drops onto its nose in the desert with no damage    sounds like even I'd struggle to break it )
