If you mean in the sense of nosy neighbours etc... who have nothing better to do than dig and delve into other peoples lives... just to gossip! Yes
I ordered a fuel delivery yesterday.... the woman i spoke to at the depot asked for a forwarding address and/or immediate payment  :shock:  :shock:
Obviously me telling x1 neighbour news about my relocation has travelled 15miles to another town. (i paid instantly).
