Has anyone got the instructions for Holts Wonderweld, I have just purchased some here in Portugal, but my Portuguse is not that good, it would be great if anyone could scan and send them to me.........Thanks

Find the Holts web site and email them. I am pretty sure they'll send instructions. They helped with with something a while back where they could have made money but just helped instead.

I e-mailed them a few days ago but no reply, and I really need to do this job over the weekend :(

As far as I remeber it's fit and forget, you add it to the tank obviously and let the heat and pressure do the job.  Don't let it sit in the header tank too long and dilute it before adding it too (just a tip).

I think its a bit more involved than that, I can translate some of the instructions, and there are references to drain system, no anti freeze, engine hot first, remove pipes, it all gets very confusing :shock:

Its a make do job, as the engine is on its last legs,  (300,000 kms I don't suppose you know anyone with a Rover 800 engine for sale, its the T16 engine it is used in the discovery 2.0 mpi, there like hens teeth out here..........thanks again Phill

I had a bad experience with rad weld once on a capri but it seems that there are too many people who say its saved them buying a new radiator or getting one repaired. I just got a new radiator from ebay for my rover 600 for £50. Fitting it tomorrow.
