my terrano keeps bottoming out on the front end and the rear is loads higher what problem could this be as i notice thers no coilspring at the front and was wondering can the suspension be lifted on these as i only use the vehicle for shooting in

If you follow the torsion bars back from the front wishbones there are 2 adjusters on the x member behind the gearbox.
19mm socket on the bolt and 19mm ring spanner on the lock nuts.Clockwise to lift anti clockwise to lower,4 complete turns of the bolt raises the vehicle approx 20mm at the front.

As said it'll be your torsion bars have sagged adjust them up & you'll be fine, but you will need to gt the tracking reset afterwards.
