As SWMBO was working away, & out overnight (3rd time this week)
I was in charge of child-care today
So we had a trip to an old favourite cafe of mine.
For the princely sum of £5.80 we got;
Large carton of Ribena
Pint pot of Tea
Sausage & Chips
Meat-pie, Peas & Chips
Chocolate Sponge & Custard
Treacle Sponge & Custard
And very nice it was too :D :D :D
After a wander along the bank of the Wharfe, we had a drive out to a favourite location of mine & I took her paddling.
She was a bit trepidacious on the lane approaching the water, but once the wellies were on, she was in.
I think she was pleased with her-self for walking across the river from bank to bank.
And I got some nice photos, even if it looks a funny (Andy type) colour
Then she fell asleep on the way home. Bliss :D
Now 'small-child' is at grannies for the night & SWMBO won't be home from designing Hospitals in Leciester until 20:00

It's morphing into a blue one Richard.
Looks like you've washed the colour (green) out of it.
:)

That's why I said 'a Funny (Andy type) colour'
It lets down that group of pictures

'Small-Child' was kept quiet for a few glorious minutes by her dinner

Looks like a good day out and you managed not only to keep 'small child' happy but also the Disco

I like you to see what you're missing.
Good old fashioned Yorkshire cooking.
One of the DOC guys went up there (also from Yorkshire) yesterday (or said he was off) after I posted him some Multi-Map images.
I wonder if he went?, I think he's a member on here as well
EDIT Can't find his name in the member-llist (TykeSi)

Beautiful country around there, but I've never seen the river as high as it is in the photo in the link below
