As expected, the Zuke clutch started slipping last week. So I weighed up the pros and cons and took the plunge. Ordered a paddle clutch in from Darren at KAP. It arrived as promised today. What a strange device!! Anyone here using one?
I'll put it in this evening, so I'll find out what it's like later.

from back in my ford days and reading about cossies and rs turbo's running paddle clutches there a biatch to drive round town their either on or off if that makes sense wether a 1.3 zuk will be same i dunno someone will have 1 fitted and be able to shed more light

haynes manual :D

their either on or off
That is caused by the strength of the 'fingers' on the pressure plate, not the centre plate.

hi steve can i ask how much it was as im after one :)
thanks dan

Haven't got the bill here, but think it was £189. Loadsa money, but I'm told it's worth it.
Got it all back together last night - 2.5 hours..... would never have done it that quick on the Landy!!
Drives just fine. It is a little sharper at the biting point but nothing that will present a problem.

kool thanks steve :D

Anythng slightly off the norm they are rubbish, Pajero one is terrible and they dont cover ANY Quattro equipped Audi.
And with newer cars, most of the pages are filled with
'consult your dealer'
