Title: fitting a torque convertor

yes its me again!!!!
when i fit my convertor to the gearbox is it just a case of slipping it on all the way or am i looking for some kind of locking noise

Read what Vougese39 Wrote, and there is no locking noise,it should rotate smoothly.Why do you keep starting new threads for the same problem?,it gets hard to follow when trying  to help you out. Oh try tying some thin string across the bolt holes on the bellhousing to stop the torque converter falling out.

thank you i know i have been a pain but its done now hopefully all good once again thank you all for your help ,its just a sign of despair :(
