-
question is where can i buy one from
and will a disc mk 1 snorkel fit
-
Rimmers do one, not cheap though couple of hundred quid!
-
Disco WON'T fit, because the bonnets are very different! Ours comes through the gap under the deck panel and out just in front of the screen. You can make one easily enough if you're at all handy.
-
Thanks
quick question Range Rover Blues what have ypu used for the top bit the intake part?
-
Ours already had the Safari snorkel top fitted when we bought it, I think the rest is home made though. Curiously it's one of the few bits that was done well.
-
I'm sure the universal or NA snorkel could be made to fit if you're handy enough

-
been told that they wont do because the pudding basin top doesnt allow enough air in for the V8.
What do people think
-

-
cheers everybody i will look into them
i have made one today but no really happy with it
-
the one from Devon 4x4 is the Rangie Spares one
-
£160  If I thought I could sell them I'd design my own Snorkel top and sell them cheap to club members, other then that all you need is some flexible hose and a 4 inch pipe.
-
Mine is an '87 EFI with a rebel 4 x 4 universal with mushroom top....
Those that were at roof level at Langley will testify that it works !!
and no probs with air flow as far as I know.....................
-
Make one yourself.
Easy on a rangie.
Here's a picture of my mates one.
Some flexy hose, a lenght of drain pipe and a 90degree turn are all you need.
:D
-
this is my one from mantec
-
Hole on one
-
I made my own as well,as the prices to buy one were far too much.

Almost certainly. I've also got to plum the LPG unit into mine at some point soon.

easyer for me to make in metal as scrap exhausts are plentiful
