I'm taking part in the H4H European rally next year and as I'm sure you'll all be expecting an unadulterated begging post....
... and I won't let you down!
I know that you are all sitting there with piles and piles of cash and finding ways to spend it can be difficult, so why not visit my Just Giving (http://www.justgiving.com/Frank-McGoldrick/)page and get rid of some of it?
All the money donated will go direct to Help for Heroes (The entry fee for the event has been/will be paid by me) and despite setting myself a pretty challenging target, I'm hoping that with your assistance, I can exceed it.
