Just how noisy are mud terrain tyres ?

I've got Goodyear MT/R's fitted and dont notice any noise.
Had them on for a year now.
Maybe something to do with the roaring V8!!

I have run both BFG and GY MTRs , these were 255/85, and 265/75 respectively.

there is very little between them, but I have found that the GY handled better on road than the bfg (could be the profile difference) and was quieter. The GY strikes me as a cross between a AT and an MT, but with more bais toward MT, if that makes sense!

off road there is little between them in my view.

If I where you Neil my preference would be to opt for the GY.

JUST DONT BUY GRIZZLY CLAWS, sorry was i shouting? Superb off road but god are they load, i have had simexes and am on BFG m/t's....very civilised by comparison. Not too intrusive as for which is best , who knows depends on the day just dont buy grizzlies!(unless you live offroad)
