Err, what are they for? Why are there 2 holes through the side?

they are hi lift jack mounts for your roof rack

however i would turn them around and have the buckle thing facing upwards

this is so that it looks stronger on that side..
AND
if you unhook it downwards it may fall on you (the jack that is)

but if you unhook it upwards it will sit on the mounts till you remove it

Only problem I can see is security - how do you stop someone nicking the hi-lift - within reason - I know if someone wants it badly enough they WILL have it regardless!

Scorpion Racing sell them. Seen them on a few trucks here and there.
