Is it possible to tow a Rangie on a towing dolly without hurting it?

You can remove the rear prop or rear halfshafts to avoid the technical issues with doing it.

Not sure how you stand from a legal perspective on a dolly...  the RR is heavy but I don't know what the regs say about dollies.

Range Rover Blues:
Not legal, not sensible.
If you stick a Rangie up on a dolly you only have the back axle to stop it rolling around, given how close the dolly wheel sare likely to be to each other.  With all that weight it's an accident looking for somewhere to happen.  Ring around some hire shops for a car trailer, they usually come in at about £30 a day.

to add to this you have an unbraked trailer doing it this way and with the weight of the rangie you are well over the 750 kilo weighting and as such are compromising your insurance by breaking the law

Its a big enough giggle with a lightweight on one, let alone a rangy, I agree depending on what you want it for and how long or often a full trailer may be a better option
