have you seen that Scammell Scarab for sale in the garage at Rillington.
Well, I believe it's Rillington? (on south side of the road)

--- Quote from: "xmob" ---Old Bill had only just turned up when we got there.  He looked well impressed at having to get out of his nice warm meat wagon into the rain.

Well they do get fed up of standing about in some appallling weather, as do our Paramedics

xmob:
Now that is bizarre!  I passed that very Scammel on Sunday and thought of you!

I remember passing it and thinking, "that's just the sort of thing Richard would like".

Bush Tucker Man:
What's bizarre?, the Scarab or me??
I see from the 'bonnet' that it's presumably from my way as well.

As we've put the 'BWSOW' on a site on the outskirts of 'Royston Vasey by-the-Sea', I've looked at it everytimeI've gone past, but on one (solo) return trip stopped to look at it through the window.

There's also a ex-Civil Defence (if I'm correct) Gipsy at the side of a garage/tyre repairs near Sherburn(?) cross-roads (the one with the traffic-lights & the Church covered in scaffolding.

xmob:
I just thought it was spookey that I saw something, thought of you, and you posted an image of it.

I'll have to keep an eye out for the Gipsy.

Bush Tucker Man:
No worries, well I think it's Sherburn anyway.

The garage is a rather old-fashioned one that had large wooden doors, with a glazed upper portion (possibly painted blue)
