Thanks for the advice, I've bought them now!
Yes CPC is Chris Perfect Components ( http://www.chrisperfect.com ) their parts are expenisive but their spings are of very high quality (or so I've heard) I'm also impressed by their continual product development. I only purchased the springs and u bolts from them, all the other parts are coming from Paddock's (with some healthy savings :D)
One more question, I've also ordered the 1 ton shackle plates, primarily to give the clearence I need to fit some 110 axles.
How will fitting these long shackles effect the on road handling? The CPC website mentions they will put extra strain on the springs?
Dr Neil:
i have extened shackles fitted to mine and it hasn;t really made any noticeable difference to the handling, though i have only done abowt 7-800 miles, but most of that was on the bala trip earlier in the year :D :D :D

I run a series 3 every day with extended shackles with no problems at all, all i will say is that this alters the diff angle, the rear diff nose will sit up and the front diff nose will sit down. This can cause some vibration espessialy if you have a border line prop.

Did you get the springs and shocks fitted? What are they like?
Just wondering as this is the setup I'm considering for my next 'upgrade' :D
Cheers,
Scott

Yup, springs and shocks fitted - the ride is improved (not exactly a coil sprung ride though!)
I would recommend going down the polybush road, I have got std rubber bushes and they give a stiffer ride.
