ian_s:
the roof is liftable by one person, but its bloody awkward
i removed my roof once on my own, but i'd rather have another pair of hands, or even 2 pairs

Dave:
Had a look at it today look ok but what do i do with the seat belts they are mounted on the side bit of the roof and if i remove them how do i stand with the law surely i need a seat belt

mud4brains:
you can remove the belts completly and say that it was made without seatbelts, mine came without em but i put em in anyway,, cheap peace of mind,

Dave:
Thank for that but i would like to keep the belts in you never no. i might try to make a bracket up so they fit behind the seats some time, got to put two new propshafts on it first now.

hobbit:
Dave,

You can always fit a set of static line belts for open use, or even a harness
