Winch rope ?
« on: June 05, 2005, 20:47:02 »
I have just looked at the David Bowyer web site and they are after £159 for 100m/10mm winch rope. This seems a lot more expensive than I last looked a couple of years since. Have prices really increased that much ?

Any suggestions where I can get it at a more reasonable price includingt he hook.

TIA

It's not hugely expensive TBH.

Devon 4x4 were doing it for a few quid less than that when I bought my last one.   (You get a *proper* hook from them too ;-))

Are you after plasma or the actual wire rope?

I think (I'd need to check) that I have 10o feet of brand new wire with hook if you interested??
