I think it's running (from memory) about a 5.0litre.
In that pic, it's got the front prop-shaft removed.

It was in 'LRW'(?) a few years ago

I had one up to about 10 years ago. The engine was modified/improved to burn all the fuel thrown into it etc,etc.
It used to pull 120 mph in 3rd gear , 160 mph was the most I had out of it(ran out of straight road - not many of them around here).
0 - 60 in 4 seconds, 0 - 100 in 6 seconds.

It had a flat front and a rear spoiler.

Good old days.

Got any pics [-o<  - the SD1 was one of the big cars I didnt own in my youth and wished I had - would have one now if I had somewhere to keep it :wink:
