td5 sunroof leak

can any one help, my rear sunroof is leaking, the water is running down the handle and soaking the rear seat.

i am thinking the seal must of stuck its self to the glass at some point and has not seated back in the right place.
is it a case of just sticking it back in with some silicone?

any ideas?

when it stopped raining i ran out to see what i could do, removed seal and cleaned. then put a bed of silicone where the seal sits, then replaced the seal and shut the roof.

no leaks today. so i hope it stays that way.
