sun roof stuck any ideas

my m8's disco rear sunroof is  stuck.front one works which says the fuse must be ok. all he gets is a clicking noise when he presses the button. has any one got any idea's of what it could be ? also there's a switch blank next to the proper button with an 5mm allen key is this a manual  way of opening it?

I believe the allan key is the manual way of opening the roof
