Difflock

(1/2) > >>

DIE BOK:
What is the correct speed you can engage difflock? Or do you have to be stationary? What is the max speed you should drive when it is engaged?

My answer was stationary or up to 10 mph, should never be over long distances.......

I am only asking due to a debate with a friend......Cheers :D

Guy90:
You don't want to be flying along when you put it in. I sometimes stop but never doing more 5mph if on the move. I knock it out as soon as I don't need it.

Inappropriate use leads to transmission wind up.

NEVER engage it if the wheel(s) are spinning.

Dr Neil:
