Defender 200Tdi turbo pipe

Hi All
 I am looking for an oil return pipe for a Defender 200Tdi turbo.
I want to fit a 300Tdi turbo to my 200 but the oil return pipes are different. So my plan is to get a 200 pipe and take the 300 one I have to Pirtec to get the correct one made up.
