Hi
After spending a few months getting my PTO winch up and running, I wasnt to happy with operating it from inside the cab, (I like to watch the cable wind up nice and neatly.)
I decided to make good use of the onboard air system and attached a pnumatic cylinder to the PTo's actuating lever and mounted a 3 way air switch onto the front wing.
I can now operate the winch from either the cab or outside the vechile.
I'll add a few pictures as soon as it stops raining ( around July)

sounds interesting, look forward to details..........
Though it's normal to use a mirror attachment with these winch which is the more KISS solution :cheesy:

These two are the 3 way air switch mounted on the wing
This is the underside on the wing, showing the air supply to the switch and out to the pnumatic cylinder
This is the cylinder attached to the PTO's manual lever.
