Lord Shagg-Pyle:
From my knowledge, it's been going on for years, and looks to be great fun.
However, and not wishing to sound too like 'Big Brother', please be mindful of where the cache is put and in what.
I remember a job I got called to a few years ago, where the cache was in an old military artillery ammo box, that had then been hidden.
Our lot rock up, and the next thing we know, it was being classed as a 'sus package'! Lots of taxpayers spent!
The Boss wasn't impressed

No I hate to say this but there is an APP for both "I" gadgets and "droid" ones, and its free too so no its not for the idle rich, if it was I certainly wouldn't be taking part, as currently out of work :(

I was reading about one such event like this in Wetherby of all places, where the local BDU ended up doing a controlled explosion on the cache, the Geocaching Association of GB is working with the ACPO about acceptable regulations for caches, such as using well marked boxes and clear Tupperware ones etc, to try to avoid the previous situations.

I have to say when you look at the UK maps of caches I was surprised to see how many there are.
