Fitting a LR Tubular Bulkhead Removal Bar

I have a Landrover BHRB winging its way through the post, its one of those ones from ebay without bolts or instructions.

So does anyone have a guide to fitting this thing and what bolts I will need to buy?


Its for a 300tdi 90
