Mreg 90 300tdi G/Box oil

What the best gearbox to get for the above... Oh and also the transfer box.

Automatic transmission fluid in the main box and ep 80/90 for the transfer box.

Looking a little further into this... shouldn't it be MTF94 for an R380?

You are right but that is a more recent spec change. The main point being don't put ep into a main box.

Saffy:
MTF94 is the good stuff - you'll notice the difference once changing from ATF, quite and smoother gear change.

Trouble is LR do not use it in current models so may not have in the dealership ready to buy, so might have to get in stock for you. That said, I had no trouble getting it last time.
