I been through there a few times, and didn't recognise it from your video.... I guess fords always seem a lot bigger to the memory or when your sat there eye level with the river with every sense in body screaming "[Edited] you're not really going to drive into that torrent are you?"  :azn:

I probably told this on here before. One time I was waiting to go across and a red sock and bobble hat rambler couple on their first day of vacation in the area were first in line at the water edge (the far side from pub). The ford was running quite deep at the time but their small euro bubble may have made it across if it wasn't for the fact the guy not only floored it on entry but also drove off the side of the entry ramp and beached it, stalled it and drowned the engine.
The wife sat in the car whilst matey proceeded to climb out the door in such a way as to not get his feet wet... which ended up him falling in. He went through the queue of people asking for a tow rope, which no one had. We had a long few minutes of entertainment of watching him flap around until I lent them my tow rope that I suddenly remembered owning

i love it when you watch people that 'know what theyre doing' when they drive through floods and make a complete eejit of themselves! ie driving into a ditch that they couldnt see because of the water!!lol
