Hi i dunno wether any1 can help me i am looking at buying a 2005-2006 ford ranger 109bhp i wondered if there r any performance mods i can do 2 give it a bit more grunt to tow my offroad discovery nd before anyone says it i dont wanna buy a landy instead deffo want a ford ranger cheers!!! :azn:

Hi mate,

I have a 2005 Ford Ranger xlt and that tows a dream with out any mods at all, discoverys, range rovers, etc etc.

You might want to double check the tow limits.

An ifor williams is about 750kg's. A landy is about 1800kg's. A lot of pickups only have about a 2 tonne tow limit.

Just a little food. Oh and I wouldn't bother with a landy either ;)
