A petition to ban cash sales in scrap metal.

I've seen it on other forums, heritage railways and other 4x4 & classic car sites.

Blame everyone rather than find the guilty.

Oh .gov admitted this week that it ignores the epetitions any way so hardly an issue.

Well I've got to be extra careful now.  Had the pikies round this afternoon asking if i wanted to sell one of my jeeps.
