Yep that write up just about covers it, all i would add is that you can deflate the system easily by unplugging one of the height sensors

Thanks everyone. The site above is very good for jobs like this - I like pictures :azn: I've just managed to swap them in about 1 and a half hours so quite pleased with myself. It took longer to get the Disco jacked up as I couldn't get the axle stands in having placed the jacks too close to where I wanted them etc, bit of a mare that bit but managed it in the end.
One bonus in that I didn't have to cut the pipes. The olive was a split one that I simply broke off, allowin me to slide the old connector straight off - so no loss of pipe length.
Slight panic when turning it back on to re fill the new bags to find only one side inflated  but I went to check for leaks at the compressor end only to find nothing wrong, then when I went back to the said spring it had inflated?
All seems to be working as it should, and the ride feels good on the test drive.
I hope this has solved the problem.

I've got the optional fob that allows me to lower the suspension, it gets rid of most of the air so when you jack it up the bags are almost empty.

Arrgh, noticing that the back end seems to be adjusting whilst stuck in traffic now. As I come to a stop and put the handbrake on I notice the bonnet moving down in relation to the vehicle in front, so the air springs must be pumping up.
Anyone any ideas why this may be?
