gearing ideas please

hi guys finally got the 110 out it drives fine but very slow, 50 flat out 2nd gear up slightest hill hardly used 5th, its now got a 200tdi r380 box, normal disco transferbox (what ever that is)110 salisbury in rear axle and running 7.50s i know changing the tyres will help but to what size keeping as much height as posible. cheers   jo
