Garin:
--- Quote ---Says who??? 6 4x4 in my family, all of them with 2 year MOTs, but for an old 88 SWB, which due to age has to be MOT'd yearly
The ITV (MOT) is valid for either 6 o 12 months depending on the condition and age of the vehicle, on new vehicles the first ITV last for 2years

Again, Garin, Bull.
Only public service vehicles (taxis, ambulances, etc...) or those used comercially to transport goods ( and that's where my cousin's 88 fall) are suposed to be ITVd semestrally.
Even an '84 Land Cruiser has its MOT every year on the year.

Looks like i have been given the wrong info, whats the deal on classics mianly ins and emisions test on a 2.25 diesel which is excempt over here. Was begining to think it would not be worth the hassle
Sider:
If the vehicle has been registered before Jan 1st 1980, it is exempt, but I don't know what the situation would be if you re-registered it in Spain.
