Cant find anyhing on these but just fancied something different.

Stripped and bob tailed etc i thought it might be alright???

Any thoughts or info would be great..

Presuming it's an early one 95-04, early models had mechanical hubs later ones were vacuum, lots about modding them on American forums http://www.kia-forums.com/1g-1994-2002-sportage/ not much stuff about to mod them in the UK tho', I looked into it when we had one a few years ago they can be body lifted and suspension spacers made up they have a rear LSD from factory and are reported to be very capable off road.

Brother in law has had two against my advise, one was absolutly apalling so bad the dealer took it back after 6 months and gave him a newer hight spec one, this had to have a master cylinder and drank fuel, apart from that he liked it.
He lost a fortune on it.
But for
Remember it will come in handy even if you never use it
