As Daz said, Crash Can.

It's designed to deform to save the shock waves of the impact being passed anywhere else (chassis etc).

You'd rather replace that bolt on bit than replace the chassis if it twisted.

Not sure where to get a new one, main stealer will probably be expensive, try a breaker if your handy with a spanner.
