driving with center diff lock on
L90OOK:
Put it into diff lock & into gear. Then jack one wheel at a time. Wheels shouldn't spin. If they do start with the longer side half shafts!
Let us know how you get on!

cheers l90ook just did that lol :lol:compared it to the trayback . so worked out to the front as both spin. right as both spin does that mean its the diff or if one cv or half shaft has gone will both spin. at least it aint the gear box [-o< cheers jo.
L90OOK:
Put the T/box into Neutral jack both front wheels & spin the prop by hand. Which wheel doesn't spin has broken drive.
I'd start by checking the drive members haven't sheared then pulling the half shafts & CV's.
Obviously chock rear wheels & do it safely!
Ja1983:
if it doesnt move and just shudders out of diff lock, and only moves in diff lock, id say it was someting in the transfer box.. certainley wouldnt drive it until I knew more about the problem. Well worth buying a propshaft tool, wip the front prop off and the back in turn to try work out what is and wat isnt doing what it should.
good luck
