2.5 diesel to what TDI?

<< < (2/2)

Conversion plates can be found at http://www.engineconversions.co.uk/landrover.html.

Most of the people that I know have spent £100-300 on a whole trooper with the engine in it.

The reason i would like to fit it is that I could move the rad and intercooler back and stick my 8274 right back in the area taken up by them.

Also, like i said, alot of power available from them, and if you do knacker it, cheap to replace once you have shelled out on the conversion plate first time round :D

--- Quote from: "MuckingFuddy" ---I have a gutless 2.5 n/a diesel in my 90 at the moment & im told that a cheap alternative to a 200/300TDI is the 2.8 TDI Dihatsu 4track engine. what do you think of this conversion or could you suggest any alternatives?
