Anyone made/seen a rear crossmember with a winch mount?

lightweight-love:
Iv got to replace the rear crossmember on my lightweight and thinking about trying to fit a rear winch at the same time!
So anyone done this or seen one? plenty of space to fit a winch mounting tray behind the X-member with a fairlead on the X-member, access panel cut into the floor above?
