The springs are actually quite large arches that the car squashes flat, I presume yours are curving slightly up now - but when new they would have stuck down around 5 to 6" without weight on

just wondered if it would lift it thats what i was thinking so am i right then it would not lift it
well we all got to learn some where or there would be no fun in it would there
