300 tdi speedo, Rev counter and dash lights not working

The instrument cluster has stopped working in my 300tdi disco.
Only thing that works are the indicator lights.
No ignition lights work at all.
No speedo
No rev counter!!

Where do I start.

Range Rover Blues:
The speedo is electricery 0of course.  The ignition light is driven by the same feed as the fuel and tempt guage IIRC so I'd be checking that power is getting to the dash first when the ignition is on.
