What oil?

Dont have a handbook whats the best oil for 200tdi ?i usually use semi/synthetic  also in the trans.box diffs,but whats everyones favorite,?

I always use ep90 for transfer & diffs / ATF in the gearbox & was told by someome who has been into landrover for a long time not to use semi syth in the engine coz they tent to last longer if you don't. "Just what i was told" so i've not used it in the 3 yrs i've had my 200tdi.

Useing it for comps aswell as p&p days & on the road. changing engine oil & filter about every 6-8 months. Gearbox / trans & diffs every time it gets dunked in deep.
